SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Due to current events, FedEx and USPS are not guaranteeing delivery times even when purchasing expedited options and they are not issuing refunds if the package does not arrive in the allotted delivery time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Every keepsake we make is unique and made to order just for you. We hope that you're thrilled with our work. If not, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for non-customized and/or personalized orders. Just send the piece back to us in the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. 
 

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
 

  • The product was delivered in the last 14 days

  • The product isn't used or damaged

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
     

If your order was damaged during shipping, contact us immediately for support. Please send photos of the damage.

If your item was purchased as a gift, we encourage you to open the package as soon as it arrives in the event it was damaged in transit.
 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS
 

We can't accept returns on custom or personalized orders. But please contact us if you're unhappy and we'll try to do right by you.
